Orders typically ship the next business day after payment is made. We ship Monday through Saturday unless otherwise posted on the website or shipping is not available due to US holidays.

Orders over $50 receive free shipping with the exception of certain Non-US and Non-Continental US destinations, however those orders receive a discount between continental US and the remote area cost.

There are certain continental US destinations that UPS does not service or the cost is prohibitive to use UPS so we reserve the right to choose USPS Priority mail in lieu of UPS Ground.

Please note USPS often has system delays and tracking issues. We have added UPS options which have proven to be more reliable. Since 2019 UPS has rescinded all of their service guarantees for 2nd day air or 3 day select services. They are usually on time, but not guaranteed and there will be no refunds from UPS for late deliveries.  Please keep in mind that UPS and USPS gauge deliveries in business days (Mon-Fri excluding Holidays).  The only guaranteed delivery service is USPS Priority EXPRESS.  This service is guaranteed to deliver in 1 to 2 business days.

Once we ship your order you will receive a tracking number. You will be able to see the status of the shipment as it makes it’s way to you.  We do not have control of delivery once USPS/UPS has possession of your package.  If there is an issue with delivery please contact USPS/UPS.  We will assist where we can of course.  Benni Botanicals LLC shall not be responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages during shipping.  We will always assist with all claims against USPS/UPS.  We can only file a claim when USPS/UPS Time limits have expired. Once a claim for a refund is approved by UPS/USPS we will re-ship your order.  


We are happy to refund or exchange any unopened products. A refund/exchange request must be made within 30 days of your purchase. Products must be returned in their original condition (Not tampered with and original heat seal in tact).  Benni Botanicals LLC shall not be responsible for the cost of the return shipment. Once the return is received we will inspect and process the exchange / refund upon our acceptance of the condition of the returned product. We reserve the right to refuse any return, refund, or exchange.
