Once we ship your order you will receive a tracking number. You will be able to see the status of the shipment as it makes it’s way to you. We do not have control of delivery once USPS/UPS has possession of your package. If there is an issue with delivery please contact USPS/UPS. We will assist where we can. Benni Botanicals LTD shall not be responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages during shipping. We will assist with all claims against USPS/UPS. We can only file a claim when USPS/UPS Time limits have expired.
We are happy to refund or exchange any unopened products. A refund/exchange request must be made within 14 days of your purchase. Products must be returned in their original condition (Not tampered with and original heat seal in tact). Benni Botanicals LTD shall not be responsible for the cost of the return shipment. Once the return is received we will inspect and process the exchange / refund upon our acceptance of the condition of the returned product. We reserve the right to refuse any return, refund, or exchange.
Any dispute will be handled in the EU.
